Game-based learning is now making employers, industry organizations, and even governments take notice for its potential. Mini-games are being used to gauge potential employees’ ability for some special tasks. The potential employee can show their ability to do the job advertised in a way their resume can’t. 

Gaming will help transform not only educational ways but many parts of how we work. It will make it easier to identify and attract the best recruits, assess performance and identify employees’ or learners’ needs.
