What your morning habits show about you

    What are your morning habits?

Are you happy with your morning habits?

Going to bed early, or to bed late tell information about us.

Some people jump out of bed early. Other people don’t. Everyone spends their mornings in their own different way.

But did you know that your morning habits say a lot about your personality and how successful you'll be?

According to Suzy Ashworth, a mindset and marketing coach, there are common habits for each type of person.

Look at the types of people below and decide what you are.

    The early bird

You wake before 6am. Then you go to exercise and make a list of things to do for that day.

Waking up before everyone else means you can decide how your day will go. You will feel more in control and less likely to be angry. You will be less likely to be a frazzled lover. You are not rushing to catch the train or get to work

And so you won’t start the day with a bad vibe. You're someone who is proactive and can see clearly how you want to have a good day. You're also someone who likes to do things perfectly. You really want to succeed in life.

    The last-minute person

You are the person who turns your alarm off many times. You eat breakfast too quickly if you have time to eat it.

You may be the fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants kind of person. You may be a person who is not organized. But you can still achieve things.

Every morning is chaos. You prepare for the day on the way to work on the subway.

This usually is okay but looks like you are not in control to other people.

    The night bird:

You prepare everything the night before so you're ready to hit the ground running. And so you can afford to oversleep sometimes.

The night before, you get your clothes ready. You organize everything that your children need. You have many things on your  ‘to do’ list. Small details are very important to you. But be careful not to be too rigid in how you live.
