    ◆ 의식주 관련 질문 연습

    지난 시간에는 casual clothes 에 관련된 답변을 준비하였습니다. 이번에는 정장, 즉, ‘formal suits’ 와 관련된 표현을 함께 배워보겠습니다.
    우선, 어떠한 상황에 formal suits을 입는지 생각해볼까요?

    When do you wear formal clothes?
    – 면접에 갈 때 : When I have a job interview, I wear formal suits.
    - 결혼식 갈 때 : When I go to my friend’s wedding, I wear a suit.
    - 출근할 때 : When I go to work, I wear formal suits all the time because it’s my company’s policy.

    그럼 이렇게 formal clothes 를 입는 이유는 무엇인지를 덧붙여 봅시다!
    첫번째 이유는 격식을 갖춰야 하는 모임이기 때문이며, 두번째 이유는 신뢰감있는 인상을 주기 위해서겠죠?
    그럼 이제 실전 문제 및 모범 답안을 통해 연습해볼까요?

    Q 4) When do you usually wear formal suits?
    → when 이므로 “언제” 의 질문 파악하기, 즉, 정장 입는 경우를 설명하기!

    I usually wear formal suits when I have a job interview. It’s important to look professional and give a good impression. So, I wear formal suits for a job interview. Also, when I go to my friend’s wedding I wear formal suits, which is considered polite.


    Q 5) Where do you buy a nice suit?
    → where 이므로 “정장 구입 장소” 문제.

    (모범 답안)
    I usually go to a department store to buy a nice suit because I like to buy better quality and a stylish one. There are many different brands in a department store, so I can try on suits and compare the designs and the quality there.
