이번에는 우리나라의 대중교통과 관련된 마지막 예상문제를 함께 알아보겠습니다
가장 어려울 수 있는 질문인데요, 우리나라의 대중교통이 어떻게 발전했는지를 설명하라는 질문입니다. 어렵게 생각하지 마세요! 이미 앞서 우리나라 대중교통의 장점 및 체계를 다 설명했었죠? 그 중 한 두 가지만 좀 더 자세히 설명해도 좋습니다. 즉, 버스 전용 차로가 생긴 점과 환승 할인 제도를 설명하면 되겠네요! .
Question) There has been progress in the public transportation system. What progress has made our lives more convenient?
Model Answer)
I believe getting the transfer discount is the biggest progress. Years ago, we didn’t get the transfer discount, so we had to pay double when we needed to take a bus and a subway to get to our destination. Nowadays, however, we get a transfer discount up to 100% depending on how far you travel. It is a great way for us to save money and who wouldn’t want that! Another huge progress is that there are bus-only lanes in Seoul. In the past, the traffic jam was terrible during rush hour. Cars and buses were bumper to bumper on the road and buses didn’t come on time. Naturally, people who go to work by bus used to be late to work quite often. Ever since we had bus-only lanes, we have no more been worried about being late because buses started to come on time. These two things have made our lives much more convenient.
