I think it is necessary to take some time off of work for some reasons. First of all, I need some time to rest and refresh myself after working for a long time. When I get stressed out or exhausted from work and don’t have time to relax, I wouldn’t be able to keep working hard for a better performance. Second of all, I need time to spend with my family after working hard in a company. Having time with my family encourages me a lot to work harder, and it is helpful for my performance. That’s why I believe it’s important to take some time off of work.
