이번에는 background survey 에서 자주 선택하는 항목인 ‘카페/커피하우스에 가기’와 관련된 질문 중 ‘처음으로 카페에 갔던 경험’에 대한 답변 전략을 알아보겠습니다. 어딘가에 처음으로 갔던 경험은 .가까운 과거보다는 먼 과거의 일인 경우가 많겠죠. 처음으로 어딘가에 갔을 때 느꼈을 설레임과 두려움 등의 감정을 표현하며 있었던 일의 시작부터 끝까지 하나의 스토리로 답변하면 되겠습니다.

I still remember that day as if it were yesterday. The first time I went to a coffee house was when I was a freshman in college. Since I grew up in a small town, I didn’t have a chance to go to a café or a coffee house until I finally got into a college and moved to a big city. My friends and I went together after class and I was so excited to be there. Since it was my first visit to a café, I didn’t know what to order. Then, one of the staff kindly explained the menu to me and I remember I ordered cappuccino. It was the best coffee I’d tasted!
