어제 쇼핑을 다녀와서 집에 와서야 산 물건에 문제가 있는 것을 발견했다고 합니다 가게에 전화를 해서 그 문제를 해결하라는 질문이네요. 우선, 쇼핑을 했던 시점이 yesterday 라는 것을 기억하세요. 그런 다음 쇼핑한 물건에 있을만한 문제가 무엇인지 생각해 보세요. 굉장히 다양한 쇼핑 아이템들이 있겠지만, 쉽게 설명할 수 있는 몇 가지 문제를 예로 들어볼까요?

접시를 샀는데 금이 간 경우, 옷을 샀는데 구멍이 나 있는 경우, 전자제품을 사 왔는데 고장이 나 있는 경우 등을 들 수 있겠습니다. 위 질문에서는 대안책을 제시하라고 하지 않죠. 단지 전화를 걸어 설명하라고 하니까 문제점을 설명하고 해결해 달라고 요청하기만 하면 되겠네요.
