Hi, This is Marsha Syms. Um, I'm calling about my bank card. I went to the bank machine early this morning, you know - the ATM because the bank was closed, so only the machine was open. Anyway, I put my card in the machine and got my money out, but then my card didn't come out of the machine. And I'm leaving for my vacation tonight so I'm really going to need it. But I had to get to work early this morning, and couldn't wait around for the bank to open. Could you please call me soon? I can't go on vacation without my bank card. This is Marsha Syms at 555-1234. Thanks.

아침 일찍 은행 문을 열지 않아 ATM을 이용하였는데 돈을 찾고 나니 카드가 기계에서 안나왔다고 하죠. 출근은 해야 해서 은행이 문 열때까지 기다리고 있을 수 없었는데 오늘 밤에 휴가를 가야 하니 은행 카드가 꼭 필요하다고 하네요. 자, 어떠한 해결책이 있나요? 은행 직원이 기계에서 안 나온 카드를 꺼내서 특급 우편으로 회사로 바로 보내주겠다고 할 수 있겠습니다. 혹은, 그 은행 카드를 은행에서 보관하고 있을 테니 편한 시간에 와서 가져가라고도 할 수 있겠네요
