Hello, this is Mark Shelton form Byron Mathers. We’ve been having problems with our landline for the past three weeks. Our phone and fax machine just don’t seem to be working properly. I’ve spoken with your company twice before about this problem and one of your technicians visited our offices yesterday. Everything was working when he left, but when I got to the office this morning, both the phone and fax machine were not working again. This is really frustrating for both our employees and our clients. We need to be able to make and receive calls as well as receive faxes. I’d like to have a technician visit our office once again. Please let me know what time you’ll be able to send someone. Thank you.

전화기와 팩스를 고쳤는데 또 다시 작동이 안 되는 상황입니다. 전화를 걸고 받고 뿐만 아니라 팩스도 받아야 하기에 다시 기술자를 보내달라고 요청하는 전화 메시지 이네요. 어떻게 이 문제를 해결할 수 있나요? 우선, 불편함을 끼친 부분에 대해 사과를 한 후 다른 기술자를 보내주겠다고 하면 되겠네요. 뿐만 아니라 혹시 다시 고칠 수 없다면 새 상품으로 교체해 주겠다고 해도 좋습니다.
