[ Q ] You’re supposed to go on a business trip for an important meeting you’re your client. However, your flight has been delayed. Call your client, explaining your situation and give three or four alternatives.

고객과의 회의 참석 차 출장을 가기로 되어 있는데 비행기가 지연되고 있는 상황이네요. 고객에게 전화를 걸어서 상황을 설명하고 대안을 제시하라는 문제입니다. 우선 전화를 걸어 비행기가 지연되어 늦게 도착할 것 같다고 사과를 해야겠죠. 그런 다음 대안은 무엇일까요? 약속되었던 날보다 하루 늦게 볼 수 있는지 양해를 구하거나, 혹은 편하신 다른 날을 알려달라고도 할 수 있겠죠. 또는 정말 급하다면 공항 호텔 라운지에서 만나자고 대안을 제시할 수 있겠습니다.
