from you to promote my store’s big holiday sale. Well, the sale starts in 10

busiest times of year for us, and we make a lot of money during our holiday

홍보용 전단지를 주문했는데 아직 받지 못했다고 합니다. 열흘 뒤부터 시작되는
세일을 위해 전단지가 필수이며 왜 필요한지 부연설명을 덧붙이고 있네요. 그만큼 주문한 전단지를 제 때
받는 것이 중요함을 밝히고 있죠. 연락을 달라는 전화메세지 인데요, 이
문제를 어떻게 해결해면 좋을까요? 우선, 예정보다 발송이

Hello, Mr. McCarty. I’m returning your call
about the problem with the flyers you ordered. You said that you haven’t gotten
the flyers yet and I am very sorry for the inconvenience. After checking into
the situation, I found out that there was a problem with the equipment we used
to print out your flyers and it caused delays. We got it fixed yesterday and
finished printing out the flyers this morning. We can send them to you by
express courier this afternoon and it will normally take three hours to deliver
the package anywhere in the city. So, I have no doubt that you will be able to
get them by the end of the day. Once again, we are sorry for the delay. Thank
