Good morning. This is Amy Kim calling from Ms. Lee’s office at BestBuy Inc. Ms. Lee was scheduled to meet with representatives from your company tomorrow to discuss a contract between our two firms. Unfortunately, something urgent has come up and Ms. Lee had to fly to Chicago early this morning. Would it be possible to reschedule the meeting for sometime later in the week? Ms. Lee is very serious about developing a contract with your company and she’d like to do it as soon as possible. As you can see, her schedule is very busy, but I think we can fit in the meeting this Thursday or maybe Friday. Would either of those days be okay for you? Please call me back so we can decide on a new time for the meeting. The number here is 555-3902. Thank you.

We understand that Ms. Lee is pretty busy with her work, so it shouldn’t be a problem to push the meeting back. Since the representatives are scheduled to attend a conference on Thursday, they prefer to have the meeting on Friday and Friday at 10am is a good time for them. Please let me know if it fits Ms. Lee’s schedule so that we can confirm the new time for the meeting. Thank you and I’ll be looking forward to hearing from you soon. Bye
