this is Kristen Cooper. I checked out the customer feedback for our clothing
store, and the good news is most customers like our clothes. However, we also
get a lot of complaints about our poor customer service. According to the
customers, they couldn’t get enough help from our sales assistants, and the
store was very untidy. Even worse, one of the customers accused us of having
only one staff member on the whole 1st floor, and had to wait in
line for about 20 minutes at the counter. I think we should do something about
this, or else our business will get a bad reputation. Since you are the store
manager, I’d like to ask you for some ideas on how to make our store a pleasant

a talk with the manager of the Human Resources and we both agreed on hiring two
more staff next week. I hope this will help us give better service and get good
