Hello, this is Jesse Miller. I rented a black SUV from your company last weekend for my vacation. I picked up the car at the airport in LA and brought it back to the airport. Later, on my flight back home, I noticed I left my camera somewhere. It’s a white Korean SG 10. As far as I remember, I saw it last in the back seat of the car before I returned it at the airport. The camera is brand-new and more importantly, it has all my holiday pictures of my family, so I really want to get it back. I’m hoping you might be able to help me by checking out the vehicle. 휴가때 여행가서 차를 렌트 했다가 여행 마치고 반납을 했는데, 차량 뒷좌석에 카메라를 두고 내린 것 같다는 내용입니다. 가족 사진이 다 들어 있기에 중요한 것이니 꼭 찾아야 한다며 렌터카 회사에 전화를 걸었죠. 어떻게 이 문제를 해결하면 좋을까요? 무언가 물건을 찾기 위해 전화를 건 메시지에 대해선 찾아서 보관하고 있다는 것이 가장 좋은 해결책이 될 것입니다. 반납된 차량을 청소하다가 뒷좌석에서 카메라를 발견해서 보관 중이라고 하면 되겠습니다. 전화를 건 사람이 비행기 안에서 카메라를 두고 왔다는 것이 생각났다고 했던 것을 바탕으로, 카메라를 돌려드리려 전화를 걸었더니 계속 꺼져있어 연락이 안되었다고 언급한다면 더욱 좋은 답변이 되겠습니다. 문제를 완벽하게 인지했다는 것이니까요. 카메라는 빠른 택배로 보내주겠다고 하면 되겠네요.
