ordered a new printer from your online store last week. Yesterday, I found a

printer while I wasn’t at home, so he would bring the printer back to the
customer service center. Usually, you try to deliver a product a few times
before forcing me to pick it up. Now, I have to go to your customer service
center which is a 30minute drive from my house. I’m very disappointed with your
delivery service. Please call me back and let me know what you intend to do
about this issue. Again, this is Jim Smith and my number is 555-3402. Thank
you.
온라인 매장에서 주문한 프린터가 배송되어 왔는데, 그 때 집에 아무도 없어서
배송 직원이 제품을 다시 고객서비스 센터로 가져가버렸다는 메모를 받고 배송서비스에 실망했다는 전화 메시지 입니다.
집에서 차로 30분 거리인 고객 서비스 센터까지 직접 가서 제품을 찾아와야 하는데, 보통은 몇 번 더 배달해 주려고 시도한다는 점을 이야기하며 배송 서비스에 실망감을 나타내고 있네요. 자, 고객이 실망했다며 화가 난 상황에서 어떻게 해결을 해주면 될까요? 이 문제에서 힌트는 바로 ‘보통의 경우에는 몇 번 더 배달을 시도한다’라는 고객의 말에 있습니다. 배달 직원이 실수로 배달을 더 시도하지
않고 바로 고객서비스 센터에 갖다 놨다고 사과를 하며 그 직원이 신입 사원이라 잘 몰라서 그랬다고 설명하면 좋겠네요.

the delivery issue. You said that you weren’t at home when the delivery person
arrived, and have to come to our center to pick it up by yourself. I’m terribly
sorry for the inconvenience. After checking into the situation, I found out
that the delivery person is our new staff and he didn’t know that he should try
to deliver a product at least for two times. He will visit your home to deliver
your package again this afternoon, and this time he will give you a call if you
are not at home. If you let us know what time is convenient for you, we will
try to visit you then. Once again, I’d like to apologize for the inconvenience
and thank you for your understanding.
